Avocado Pineapple Smoothie !

Avocados are becoming my favorite fruit these days. I m not really a fruit person, as in I can't consume fruits as such due to sensitive teeth and few other reasons. So I mostly indulge in Smoothies, juices and milkshakes everything without sugar or just a tsp of honey. Banana helps me to replace the sugar and bring in the natural sweetness and also making the smoothie nice and thick.

Today I used Pineapple and Avocados and little banana for my breakfast smoothie. I generally refrain from Cow's milk and don't like the smell either,  and opting for almond or soy milk in my smoothies as well as for cereals.

Chia seeds are another wonder ingredient delivering a number of nutrients with very low calories and possessing abundant anti-oxidants. If you interested in knowing more about chia seeds then do refer HERE. You can also replace chia seeds with flax seeds.

Smoothies are all about creativity and you can choose your own ingredients and their quantities as per your liking.

I have never mentioned calorie count for any recipe so far, But recently I have joined one wonderful food group CAL : Lose weight Now where you can find all healthy recipes  and wonderful tips for weight loss. So for those weight conscious people  I must mention the calories for this smoothie which is approx 250 calories as per the nutrition information I found in the internet. It may be less than that :)

INGREDIENTS (approx 250 calories)
