Instant Multi Millet Neer Dosa !




This instant millet dosa can be prepared in a jiffy and most importantly its very healthy.. Just mix the millet flour with water and salt and pour it on a dosa tava and wait till it is cooked and turns crispy.. and enjoy guilt-free with your favorite chutney.

Unlike dosa made with rice or wheat batter this batter cant be spread with a ladle on the tava. you got to make the batter very very thin and pour it on the dosa tava like we do for rava dosa and normal rice neer dosa.



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Millet Flour
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 cups Water or more
  • few tsp of oil

STEPS

  • Take the flour in a bowl and add required salt.
  • Add water and mix well to make a nice batter. The batter should be very watery and runny as shown.


  • Heat a tava and grease with oil. 
  • Once hot, Pour the batter from outside to the centre. Do not spread the batter or overlap. 
  • Drizzle few drops of oil around the dosa.
  • It is indeed a little tricky to take the dosa out and you have to wait till it is cooked well and turns crispy on the edges and the whole dosa looks lacier like shown.


If you feel its really difficult to take the dosa from the pan perfectly then mix some whole wheat flour or maida to it which will add as a binding agent.
