Peanut Banana Sandwich!

A simple and yummy sandwich for a busy morning packed with calories and a filling breakfast. My dad used to just spread mashed ripe bananas on bread slices and made us eat during childhood. So with a little tweak to it by adding some peanut butter here we go..

  • 2 Bread Slices (White, Brown, or anyting)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1 big ripe Banana
  • a little Butter

  • Heat a pan and grease some butter on it. Place the bread slice and toast it. Flip it and toast on the other side too . Do the same for the other slice.
  • You can just toast the bread in a toaster too.
  • Apply peanut butter spread generously on the toasted bread slices.
  • Slice the bananas in to roundels.

  • Arrange the banana slices on one bread slice. Close it with the other slice and give a firm press with a ladle or just hand.
  • If you like just toast it again on pan till the bread becomes nice golden spots and crispy.

  • Cut diagonally and serve.

See you with another recipe soon.

With Love,
